Free Delivery → Orders above TZS 150,000 (Dar es Salaam only).

Delivery Timeline → Same day for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Delivery Hours → Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Fee Structure → Delivery fees vary by area within Dar es Salaam. The exact fee for your location will appear at checkout.

Nationwide Coverage → We deliver across Tanzania via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline → Typically 2–5 business days, depending on distance and courier schedules.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2-4 hours. You’ll receive an SMS/email when your order is ready.

Currently we deliver within Tanzania only. Regional and international delivery options are coming soon.

Tracking details and live status updates are available via your Luminance Loft account dashboard.

If you miss a delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.
