7. Pricing & Payment
8. 1. All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
   2. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.
   3. We accept the following payment methods: mobile money (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa), credit/debit cards, and other options as displayed at checkout.
   4. Payments must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. Pay on Delivery if offered).
   5. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Orders & Acceptance
10. 1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in accordance with these Terms.
    2. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs once payment is received and the order is dispatched.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate pricing.
       
       
11. Delivery & Shipping
12. 1. We deliver within Tanzania and may extend to select regions beyond.
    2. Delivery timelines and charges are displayed during checkout. Standard delivery estimates are not guarantees.
    3. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value (as displayed on the Site).
    4. Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered to your address or collected by you.
       
       
13. Returns & Exchanges
14. 1. We offer 7-day returns from the date of delivery, provided that:
    2. 1. Products are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
       2. Seals, packaging, and labels remain intact.
          
          
    3. Certain items are non-returnable: opened skincare, cosmetics, personal care items, promotional/free items, and gift cards.
    4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
    5. Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.
    6. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

16. 1. Discounts, promotional codes, and loyalty rewards are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of issuance.
    2. Misuse of loyalty points, coupons, or rewards may result in suspension of your account.
